Site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Working plans call for the addition of a 14,500-square-foot, two-story above grade stadium; and for the renovation of a stadium.
Design-Build construction; work includes two (2) new, NHL-sized ice pads equipped for sledge hockey, versatile concourse between the two ice pads, 14,500 sq. ft. multi-purpose space providing recreation and support to the arenas, connected to local streets, biking and walking network, and on site parking. TIMELINE: Project is in design. Construction has been deferred to 2027. Further update may be available late spring/mid-2026.
