Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Milton, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a eight-story above grade, 228-unit multi-residential development; and 20,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
Phased construction of three mid-rise multi-residential buildings in order to maximize the number of assisted rental housing units and seniors housing (up to 505 units total). Phase One is an 8-storey, mid-rise seniors apartment building up to 228 units and 20,000 sq ft of at-grade non-residential use (previously referred to as Allendale Site). TIMELINE: Plans are conceptual: square footage represents non-residential use only. Phase 1 Implementation Plan was approved by Council November 2021. Staff were directed to proceed with obtaining a Class D conceptual design construction estimate. Provincial and federal funding will be required prior to proceed into advanced design and construction. Further update may be confirmed spring 2026. Cynthia Zahoruk Architect is the consultant in support of planning approvals for Phase 1. The Planning Partnership completed a Master Plan in 2017. N. Barry Lyon Consultants Ltd. completed an Implementation Plan for Phase 1 in 2021. Budget is unreleased.
