Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bridgeport, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 156,000-square-foot fitness / recreation center.

The project structure is approximately 156,000 SF and consists of three major components: a Fieldhouse Component with six multipurpose athletic courts, an Indoor Turf Component; and a Competition Aquatics Component with warm-up pool. Other spaces within the structure consists of various anicilary and support spaces. Site improvements will consist of utility extensions, parking areas, sidewalks, roadways, site lighting and entrance plaza on an existing rough graded site. All prospective bidders shall be licensed as required by the provision of West Virginia Code 21- 11-2 prior to submitting the bid. The City of Bridgeport reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any technicality or informatlities in the bidding. The city is not required to accept the lowest bid and can accept any bid which it deems most advantageous. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after the time set for receiving bids.
