Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a clubhouse / community center; for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

Scope of Work Includes Interior and Exterior Renovations to the Existing Recreation Center. The Mallard Creek Recreation Center Renovations project will ocnsist of but is not limited to the following scopes: Selective Demolition; Concrete Leveling; Masonry; Metals; Casework; Roof Rework; Insulation; Air Barrier; Doors, Frames and Hardware; Storefront; Skylights; Glazing; Gypsum Assemblies; Tiles; ACT; Resilient FLooring; Signage; Toilet Partitions; Wyndow Shades; Solid Surface; Countertops; Fire Suppression; Plumbing; HVAC; Electrical; Intergrated Automation; Communication/ Telecom; Electronic Safety; Earthwork; Exterior Improvements. SITE VISITS: The Consultant will visit the project site at intervals appropriate to the stage of construction. The purpose of the visits will be: A. to observe and become familiar with the progress and quality of the Work, and render interpretations necessary for its execution; B. to endeavor to guard the Owner against defects, insufficiencies, shortages omissions, and deficiencies in the Work; C. to determine if the Work is in accordance with the Contract Documents and approved Contractors submittals; and D. to report to the Owner and Contractor concerning the mentioned purposes. If any prospective Bidder is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents, he shall submit to the Consultant Question Deadline 11/28/2023
