Saving Project...

Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Millersville, Maryland. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,735-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.

*As of May 31, 2018, a general contractor has not yet been awarded. All proposed work shall be completed within 550 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The work includes, but is not limited to, construction involving: a children’s destination playground, comfort station 1,270 sq. ft., picnic shelter 1,465 sq. ft. not enclosed, (3) artificial turf croquet lawn and (2) bocce courts, (3) horseshoe courts, asphalt parking lot, concrete sidewalks, asphalt trails, culvert stream crossing, pedestrian/small vehicular bridge, water/sewer extensions, drainage features, stormwater management features, lighting, site furnishings, fencing, landscaping as well as a maintenance facility which includes storage bins, a wash bay, and parking. The Scope of Work to be done under this contract consists of the furnishing of all materials and the construction, complete in place, of the following, including miscellaneous appurtenances and incidental items of work as shown on the contract drawings for Contract No. N-3102 specified herein, or as directed by the Engineer.
