Renovation of a water / sewer project in Newtonsville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of March 11, 2022, This project is already awarded to two contractors. Building Crafts, Inc with the awarded amount of $6,270,000 and Tribute Contracting & Consultants, LLC with the awarded amount of $6,900,146. Part B of this Project consists of the construction of the proposed collection system that will serve the wastewater treatment plant and includes approximately 16,603 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer main, 1,450 linear feet of 4-inch force main, 70 manholes and a submersible pump station with a backup power generator and calcium nitrate (bioxide) odor control system. The Owner expects to proceed with the construction under this Project immediately after satisfactory acceptance and award of the construction bid(s) and execution of the contract(s) Custom Bid Results Bid 1 Treatment Plant Building Crafts - $6,270,000.00 Bid 2 Tribute Contracting & Consultants - $6,008,446.00
