Calls for the renovation of the Career Technical Center. As of November 30, 2023, architect, general contractor and construction manager have been selected. Project is currently in Step 3: Fall 2023-Spring 2024- Phase I Construction – site development. - 3.3 million cubic yards of dirt and rock excavation - Construct road to site -18-month timeline. Step 4- March 2023-September 2024: (School Design) - Development of high school campus plans/blueprints - Cost analysis/funding - Plan revisions - Final plans approved Step 5- Summer 2024-2025: (Turn-lane Design) Phase II Construction-Road Development. - Design turn-lane from US 60 to property - Develop infrastructure to new property Step 6- (Construction) Phase III Construction: Facilities. - Bidding for construction - Total cost (based on bids) analysis - Contract bids awarded/rejected - Board makes final approval to move forward with build.
