New construction of an educational facility in Plant City, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a post-secondary education facility.

The Health and Technology programs have grown rapidly creating a need for additional space to house these programs. This new facility will house all Health and Technology programs in one location as well as provide additional faculty and staff offices and support areas t~o meet student needs. Program instructional spaces needed include Nursing (RN), Nursing (LPN), Emergency Medical, and Technology programs offered at this site. Additional faculty and staff offices should be included along additional parking needs to serve students, faculty, Staff and visitors occupying and using this facility is also needed. As of February 10, 2022, per the owner, due to lack of funding from the Department of Education, this project is not planned for the near future.
