Additional requirements for scheduled site visits are: 1. Arrive no earlier than 5 to 10 minutes prior to scheduled site visit. 2. At the bottom of the form click the mailio:S Westover.@ ycua.ore link and submit the form. 3. Follow the ingress/egress route shown on map provided in Appendix A. 4. Park in the designated area south of the aeration tanks. 5. Do not enter the Blower Building until authorized by YCUA staff. 6. Once in the building follow signs to view the Work area. 7. Site visits shall last no longer than 15 minutes. 8. At the conclusion of the site visit follow, visit the YCUA web site, sign out and submit the form all as noted above. 9. Follow the ingress/egress route to leave the site.
