Demolition, site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Coupeville, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility.
The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and other incidentals for the demolition of a n existing fire station and for the construction of a new Type V-B, wood-framed, fully sprinkled i3,855 S.F., single story Fire Station cornaplete with on and off-site improvements as per the Special Provisions, the Standard Specifications includ- ing the amendments thereto, and Contract Documents hereunder, The Project 1s located at 1164 Race road, Coupeville WA 98239. The Architect's estimate for the project is $5.5 million excluding WSST. It is the intent of the Owner to award the contract and issue a Notice to Proceed within (10) ten days alter bid opening. Bidder agrees to Substantially Complete the Work within 360) three hun- dred sixty consecutive calendar days of the date of the Notice to Proceed, and to Finally Complete the Work within (80) thirty con- secutive calendar days.
