Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,000-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and swimming pool.
As of September 20, 2022, construction is complete. The Project consists of an approximately 8,000 SF Community Center (bldg. A), a nine-lane 25-meter recreational pool, an eight lane 50-meter swimming competition pool, a zero-entry activity pool with water features such as a slide, and two larger water slides with runout flumes. Support buildings include an aquatic center (bldg. B), a pool equipment building (bldg. C), a changing and restroom building (bldg. D), and bleachers (bldg. E) listed as an alternate. Associated site improvements including parking lot & monument signs, along with ample landscaping of the 12.5-acre site. NOTE: The Division of the State Architect (DSA) will review the pool equipment room (bldg. C), changing and restroom building (bldg. D), bleachers (bldg. E)(add alternate), 50-meter pool, and partial site improvements. Refer to the attached site plan breakout sheet A1.0.
