As of October 2, 2019, project has not been award. Award is expected to be made in the next few months. The West Anthem Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Improvements - Water and Sewer Plans project shall be constructed under one prime contract. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Approximately 3,300 linear feet of 24-inch Ductile Iron water pipe and fittings Approximately 4,500 linear feet of 36-inch Ductile Iron water pipe and fittings Butterfly valves with manholes (two 24-inch and one 36-inch) Fire hydrant installation Corrosion monitoring Approximately 14,300 linear feet of 18-inch sanitary sewer pipe Approximately 51 sanitary sewer manholes Access road with stabilized decomposed granite Pavement removal and replacement Native plant salvage A Small Business Enterprise goal of 1% has been established for this project. The Engineer's Estimate is $7,184,665 to $8,781,258. The City reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible responsive bidder or all bids will be rejected, as soon as practicable after the date of opening bids.
