Renovation of a water / sewer project in Parrish, Florida. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project needs approximately 12,000 feet of 24 inch ductile iron pipe water main. Fire hydrants will be installed every 800 feet and in-line valves every 1,600 feet. Hydrants, services and valves will be installed to County and Ten State Standards. Complete a major looped system for Erie Road and Copperstone Phase One. This project is included Manatee County FY 2023-2027 CIP. As of January 5, 2023, information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
