Site work for a water / sewer project in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
***As of December 30, 2021, the project was awarded but the award information was not confirmed.*** Contractors are invited to submit a Base Bid (for 1,125 ft. of irrigation pipeline) and Deductive Alternatives 1) pipeline cost per linear foot, 2) Marmac coupler and reinforced concrete collar, and 3) driveway cleanout structure at STA 26+80 for the irrigation pipeline. The Deductive Alternatives are to include all items listed for the respective line item as shown in the bid proposal. Demolition and removal of existing structures Furnish and install 24" diameter PVC P.I.P. Furnish and install fittings, valves, vents, cleanout and concrete inlet structure. See fitting schedule. Furnish and install pipeline sand bedding Earthwork (excavation and compacted backfill, balanced on-site) Furnish and install 6-12" riprap Deduct 24" diameter PVC P.I.P. 80 PSI (including excavation, bedding and imported backfill) Deduct driveway @ STA 26+80 (includes 24 x 24 x 12 T, riser, alfalfa valve, ARV with saddle, thrust block and CMP shelter w/ locking cap) Furnishing and install approximately 1,125 feet of 24 inch diameter PVC P.I.P. pipe (DR 51) with fittings, valves, vents and appurtenant structures. commence Work- December 15, 2021 substantially completed on or before March 31, 2022. Final completion- April 15, 2022.
