Renovation of a swimming pool in Pembroke, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.

The City of Pembroke is seeking competitive proposals from qualified Proponents (subject to budget approval) to provide Design-Build services for the removal, design, supply and installation of the walls and roof of the existing Kinsmen Pool Butler building at 426 Herbert Street, Pembroke, ON. The project scope will generally include the design, removal of existing wall and roof panels, supply and installation of new wall and roof panels including cleaning and preparation of columns, beams, and footings for the new system as well as the removal and reinstallation of electrical and mechanical works as required. All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12 p.m. local time on Thursday, February 15, 2024. The procurement of service specified in the proposal document is subject to the provision of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA). Proposal documents are available February 1, 2024 and may be obtained, free of charge, through email request.
