Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,335,000-square-foot, 1,012-unit, 3,000-space multi-residential development; 269,000-square-foot retail development; 156,000-square-foot, 300-room hospitality development; 18-acre playground / park / athletic field; and 1,265,000-square-foot office development.
As of December 1, 2021, this project is under construction, having originally started vertical construction January 2021. The four general contracting firms involved have been identified: Whiting-Turner is doing one building, Clark Construction is doing one building, Bozzuto Group is doing two buildings, and Clark Building Group (CBG) is doing one building. *The Under Armour Headquarters component is NOT included in this project report as it is being developed and handled exclusively by Under Armour.
