This Request for Tender (the "RFT") is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County ("Norfolk County") to pre-qualified Bidders to submit bids for upgrades to the Port Dover Water Treatment Plant (WTP) including but not limited to: addition of an UltraVoilet (UV) reactor system, conversion of the Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF) Units to DAF-filter units, including the installing filter media, air scour system, and backwash line assembly, the installation of additional wastewater tanks, upgrades to the sewage lift station, addition of a standby power generator, replacing low lift pumps, replacement of site watermains and forcemain, and removal of temporary piping throughout site for the existing membrane skid and trailer.
