The City of Wilsonville is seeking to hire a consultant, or team of consultants, to prepare a City-wide Parks and Recreation Comprehensive Master Plan. The Master Plan will include a mission statement and vision, analysis of current and future needs of parks and recreation facilities, programs, and services. The Master Plan will also include an implementation strategy. Consultants are invited to submit a proposal outlining their experience and qualifications in performing work directly related to the services required. Proposers are required to certify non-discrimination in employment practices, and identify resident status as defined in ORS 279A.120(1). Pre-qualification of proposer is not required. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes and Wilsonville's Contract Review Board Policy. The City of Wilsonville reserves the right (1) to reject any or all proposals not in compliance with public contracting requirements; (2) to postpone award of the contract for a period not to exceed one hundred twenty (120) days from date of proposal opening to allow for interviews and formal approval; (3) to waive minor informalities in any proposal; and (4) to select the proposal which is deemed to be in the best interest of the City or to reject all proposals, if deemed to be in the best interest of the City. As of February 4, 2021, the project is currently in planning. A construction timeline has not been released.
