Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Mission, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and hospitality development.
Construction of a visitors' center, staff and public washrooms, and non-camping accommodation. Site would have various family-oriented tourism and educational activities. TIMELINE: Project is conceptual. Owner is reviewing the Master Plan, and the Implementation of the project may take at least 3-5 years. Campground work including roads and infrastructure work will be undertaken by the Ministry of Forests and may be advertised publicly. Further update may be available in late summer, 2025. *This project is a partnership with First Nations communities, Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations, North Fraser Investment Pilot Project, Fraser Valley Regional District, Experience the Fraser, Mission Tourism Committee, and various recreation user groups.
