Site work for a mixed-use development in Etobicoke, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and municipal facility.
Construction of a grade separation, widening of an existing underpass and the construction of a replacement bridge. Project may also include the addition of a multi-use trail, bike path and intersection improvements as well as the construction of a second track on the south side to be used by Metrolinx. TIMELINE: Detailed designs are ongoing. Tender will be issued pending owner's decision to proceed. Construction is expected to proceed Q4 2025 and will proceed through 2026.
