Site work for a mixed-use development in Etobicoke, Ontario. Working plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and municipal facility.
Construction of a grade separation, widening of an existing underpass and the construction of a replacement bridge. Project may also include the addition of a multi-use trail, bike path and intersection improvements as well as the construction of a second track on the south side to be used by Metrolinx. TIMELINE: Detail designs are ongoing. Utility relocation is underway. Tender for general contractor will be issued Q1 2025.
