Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a recreation facility; playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Master Plan to revitalize Hastings Park. Potential projects include: Livestock Building addn/reno, Empire Fields and Plateau Park, new Exhibition building, Festival Plaza, The Greens/Amphitheatre, the Garden's, Festival Meadow, and Windermere Belvedere Cafe area. Scope may also include addition of bike and walking trails and pond revitalization. TIMELINE: This was for master planning of the site for potential projects to be completed over the course of several decades.
