Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Donnelly, Alberta. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Rightsizing and modernization of the existing school, which has an existing capacity of 788 students in grades 7 to 12. The rightsizing of the school will reduce the capacity by demolishing a portion of the school and adding to the size of the gym space. Existing gross floor area is 7,068 m2 while the planned gross floor area at opening is 5,178 m2, final reduced capacity resulting from the rightsizing exercise to be determined as part of the design phase. TIMELINE: Project is in design. Project delivery method is Design Bid Build. Tender and construction are tentative for late 2026/early 2027.
