Construction of a development project which may include commercial, recreational, multi-residential and business park components on a 33-hectare site. Location at: South of 105 Ave, southeast of Jim Robson Way, along the Lougheed Highway to 240th Street, Maple Ridge, BC. TIMELINE: The Albion Flats concept area plan is in Phase 3: ALR Exclusion application. City council has approved a concept plan. An application for block land exclusion from the Agricultural Land Reserve is to be made. Public consultation is ongoing. Further updates may be available in summer, 2025. Budget estimate is unconfirmed.
