Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Quebec, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a 284,175-square-foot, three-story above grade, 216-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Reconstruction of the long term care center Saint-Augustin. Project # 526015. Construction of a new 216-bed long term care facility that will integrate a hospital, pharmacy and two-room dentist office. The existing building demolition work will follow after construction of a new one is complete. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing. Tender and construction timelines will be established according to the owner's internal scheduling. Further update in early 2026.
