Clarington Police Complex Phase 2 - CFIE Building - 2188-2210 Bloor St East, Bowmanville. The CFIE building is proposed as a two-story office building which will be linked to the existing FIF building with an enclosed walkway. The first floor includes public access areas, interview rooms, common staff amenities, the SAU and ICE divisions, and a vehicle bay for the Tech. Services Unit. The second floor includes the Homicide, Fraud and Tech. Services divisions, and Project Rooms. Only the bidders who prequalified under Region of Durham Request for Prequalification RFPQ-1033-2021 shall be considered for contract award.
