Construction of a new library to replace the existing library. Plans are to demolish the existing building and rebuild on the same site. TIMELINE: The project has been put on hold. Tender and construction timelines is undetermined. The owner will be exploring available options for resumption of the project in the future. Further update in spring 2026, upon approvals. *Budget estimate includes total project costs, including site prep, construction, furnishings and technology infrastructure.
