Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pointe-aux-Trembles, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 250,000-square-foot industrial development; and for site work for a road / highway.

Design-build construction of a treatment centre for organic material composting. The scope of the project includes a composting facility of closed type with a processing capacity of 29,000 tons per year and an open type treatment facility with a capacity of 4,000 tons per year. TIMELINE: Following the assessment of needs in terms of residual materials management the owner has taken a decision that the construction of this complex will not be justified before 2030 and has not included this project in the Residual Materials Management Master Plan (PDGMR) of the Montreal Agglomeration 2020-2025. Project will be followed in/when its scope and timelines of development are finalized. Coverage of this report has been discontinued. Note. The previously issued Request for Proposals for design-build-operate and maintain services 5912 was cancelled by the owner.
