Construction of the new Art Gallery of Greater Victoria,BC. This is a redevelopment of 530 Chatham Street, 1924 Store Street, and 1900 Store Street. The facility will also include a community auditorium and gathering space, a sculpture garden, cafe and gift shop. The Gallery will be a project in its own, as proposed it would be an air parcel part given to the Gallery as part of the Community Amenity contributions of the project and the Gallery directly would manage the project. Located: in the realm of 530 Chatham Street, site address to be finalized. TIMELINE: Project is pending rezoning approvals. Design and construction timelines to be confirmed pending approvals. Update may be available in late fall, 2024.
