Site work and new construction of a museum in Victoria, British Columbia. Design plans call for the construction of a 12,400-square-foot, five-story above grade museum.
Construction of the new Art Gallery of Greater Victoria, BC. This is a redevelopment of 530 Chatham Street, 1924 Store Street, and 1900 Store Street. The facility will also include a community auditorium and gathering space, a sculpture garden, cafe and gift shop. The Gallery will be a project in its own, as proposed it would be an air parcel part given to the Gallery as part of the Community Amenity contributions of the project and the Gallery directly would manage the project. Located: in the realm of 530 Chatham Street, site address to be finalized. TIMELINE: The project got resubmitted back to the City in November to respond to the Council motion from COTW meeting held in April and it is currently under staff review. It's estimated to be in front of Council again in 2 to 3 months to get this project advanced for Public Hearing. Project is pending rezoning approvals. Design and construction timelines to be confirmed pending approvals. Update may be available in early, 2026.
