Site work and new construction of an educational facility in West Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 128,196-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
George Pringle secondary school design build (DB), previously identified as Westside Secondary. In general, the George Pringle Secondary School project consists of: 1200 Student capacity secondary school construct an 11,870 m2, three storey non-combustible structure, demolition of the existing school will be complete and not part of the scope of the design build team A geothermal field, GHG reduction strategies. The new school will feature a geo-exchange HVAC system and incorporate mass timber elements. TIMELINE: Construction is underway with a substantial completion: April, 2027. All major trades are secured.
