Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Saint-Hubert, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 423,360-square-foot, two-story above grade, one-story below grade parking garage; industrial development; municipal facility; transportation facility; and industrial development.

Creation of a new operations centre of the Longueuil transportation network (LTN). The project will be phased and will include: Phase 1. Construction and commissioning of a complete and autonomous garage for the maintenance of all the 216 electric buses on the site and the recharging of 116 buses. Phase 2. Demolition of the existing garage 2 on the site of the Saint-Hubert Operations Center (CESH). Phase 3. Construction of facilities to charge one hundred (100) additional electric buses. The new facility will feature: - basement with approximate area of 233,280 ft2 housing bays for works, storage rooms, offices, etc., as well as additional parking spaces for buses. - ground floor with approximate area of 130,680 ft2 housing spaces for parking and charging buses. It also includes refueling stations and bus wash stations. - first floor with approximate area of 59,400 ft2 and housing service areas for mechanics and drivers, administrative offices, training and conference rooms as well as technical rooms. The project also includes civil works related in particular to water and sewer infrastructure including storm water retention, access and traffic routes, as well as landscaping. The building will aim for LEED certification. TIMELINE: Preparation of a Functional and technical program of the project is underway. Scope of work and timelines of the project development will be finalized based on the data of the FTP report that is expected to be submitted in spring 2025. Further update at that time. Note.
