Site work, outdoor lighting, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Scarborough, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 6,000-square-foot transportation facility; bridge / tunnel; and for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Expansion of the Lakeshore East corridor, east of Beechgrove Dr to just east of Rouge Hill GO Station. Construction of new grading and drainage for a future third track between Beechgrove Dr and east of Rouge Hill GO Station (Mile 316.82) The scope will also include upgrades to the station building to provide easier and more convenient to access GO services and the Port Union Waterfront Trail. They will also accommodate new service planned for the Lakeshore East line, as part of the electrification of the GO services. The project features two grade separations, at Scarborough Golf Club Road and Morningside Avenue; 3.4 kilometres of track and grading work from Galloway Road to Beechgrove Drive; and supporting infrastructure, including retaining walls along the central segment of the Lakeshore East corridor. Relocated and improved bus stop area; secure bicycle storage. The project includes a subway tunnel beneath the new building and platform extension and installation of a third track as part of the extension of the Scarborough LRT. The project also proposes an entrance to the new east tunnel connecting the station with the Port Union Waterfront Trail. TIMELINE: The plans for the Rouge Hill Station are complete. This project will be delivered as part of the GO Rail Expansion, On-Corridor Works project, which is followed separately. *The civil engineer has completed the design for the Rough Hill GO station.
