New construction of a mixed-use development in Claresholm, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,900-square-foot day care center; 1,500-square-foot educational facility; and 7,500-square-foot municipal facility.
For the design and construction of the following buildings (to be priced individually) which comprise the Town’s multi-use facilities building project (the “Project”): 1. Daycare facility of approximately 2900 ft2 located at 5613 8 St West (the “Daycare”); 2. Playschool facility of approximately 1500 ft2 located at 5613 8 St West (the “Playschool”); and 3. Multi-use facility containing Administration Offices, Town Council Chambers, Public Meeting rooms, Family & Community Support Services, Public Youth Room, Lethbridge College, The Station, Scouts) of approximately 6500 ft2 to be located at 5318 2 St West (the “Multi-Use Facility”). (Survey of property can be provided) 4. Food bank Facility (warehouse) of approximately 1000 ft2 (to be connected or located close to the Administration building at 5318 2 St West. (the “Food Bank”). Note: This building may be removed depending on budget considerations. NOTE: All trades secured by invitation only. General contractor is not open to outside interest.
