Stage 1b and 2; capacity upgrades to the Langdon Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). TIMELINE: This project is on hold at the owner. The goal is to monitor the County's growth and corresponding wastewater needs. A final decision will be made once the flow rate of the WWTP reaches 70 percent of capacity. Construction is not expected in the near term. Construction value for Stage 1b is estimated at $6,220,000 and Stage 2, is valued at $7,780,000.
