Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Rocky View County, Alberta. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Stage 1b and 2; capacity upgrades to the Langdon Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). TIMELINE: This project is on hold at the owner. The goal is to monitor the County's growth and corresponding wastewater needs. A final decision will be made once the flow rate of the WWTP reaches 70 percent of capacity. Construction timelines for Stage 1b and Stage 2 are undetermined at this time. Further update may be available spring 2025. Construction value for Stage 1b is estimated at $6,220,000 and Stage 2, is valued at $7,780,000.
