Construction of an extension of Rodick Rd and widening to four lanes from 14 Ave to Miller Ave. New bicycle and pedestrian facilities to tie into the existing Rodick Rd. Storm sewer, sanitary sewer, watermain & service connections required for exisitng & future development (i.e. Miller Lands). New traffic signals & lighting. The project will transverse the existing city facility on Miller Avenue and proceed from Woodbine Avenue to Rodick Road; Rodick Road from 14 Avenue to Miller Avenue; and A 1.75 hectare land parcel owned by City of Markham currently used for snow storage by the City's Operations Department, located at the southeast corner of Rodick Road and Miller Avenue. TIMELINE: Project on hold pending funding approvals. Further update spring 2025.
