Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Pictou, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the addition of a 28,000-square-foot, one-story above grade library; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to the existing deCoste Centre, an addition to the west side of the deCoste Centre plus a new library building attached to the deCoste Centre on the north and east sides at 99 Water Street, Pictou, NS, for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract documents. Tenders must be accompanied by a bid security in favour of the Owner for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the tender as outlined in the tender documents.
