The project includes bringing the building up to structural standards, insulating the walls and roof, repairing the exterior cladding, an extension for accessibility and storage, ventilation of the mechanical rooms to comply with the standards on the ammonia. A hot water tank to be connected to the heat recovery is also provided. Submissions must be accompanied by a submission guarantee according to the following conditions: In an amount equivalent to a percentage of the price of the tender and according to the form determined below: A bid bond issued by a financial institution and established in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the price of the bid, with the same validity as the bid; Where A certified check or bank draft made payable to the Owner in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price; Where An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a bank, credit union or trust or savings company and conforming to the provisions of the Project Manager's "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" form in the amount of five percent ( 5%) of the bid price.
