Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and road / highway.
Phase 1 of the Green Line LRT - Shepard to Eau Claire, Project will include 18 km of LRT; 13 stations- including four underground stations in downtown and two elevated stations in the southeast; tunnel in downtown; bridges; sections of elevated track; park and ride facilities; and a new LRV maintenance and storage facility. Method of Delivery is Design-Build. TIMELINE: Bow Transit Connectors have been chosen as the Design-Build-Finance team (the group consists of Barnard Construction of Canada, Flatiron Constructors Canada Ltd., WSP Canada Inc., and Ellisdon Capital Inc.) CSIX Partners have been selected as the Delivery Partner (the team consists of SNC-Lavalin, Aldea Services Inc., Altus Group, Mott MacDonald, and Turner & Townsend). CSIX will support in the delivery of this phase across a range of functions including commercial management, technical support, project functions, and construction management. Project implementation phase to begin in 2024.
