Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Etobicoke, Ontario. Working plans call for the construction of a 8,000-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and playground / park / athletic field.

Construction of a new Pavilion facility of approx. 8,000 sq ft of usable space, based upon a footprint of approx. 9,000 sq ft. The project will also include rehabilitation of approximately 250 sq ft of existing storage facility to support conversion to leasable space for future concession rental. The main level of the new structure will include large and small activity and meeting (or multi-purpose) rooms, as well as support spaces such as offices, washrooms, storage, service, and circulation spaces. The upper level will include meeting rooms, office, washrooms, and exterior deck with. The new facility will require completely new servicing, utilities, rainwater management, sewage provision, and all services required for a new building. Note that the park, as reclaimed shoreline property, has remote services access and will require detailed attention to service provision and access. Existing parking lot will provide facility parking, however new parking lot and adjacent walkway and ponds lighting will be included in this scope, and some readjustment of parking or walkway organization may be included. TIMELINE: Designs are complete. Tender will likely be issued sometime in the first quarter of 2026. *Project will be developed in joint-venture with the Toronto Region Conservation Authority.
