North Site (King Street) - Construction of 2 towers, 46 and 54 storeys with a total of 1,102 residential units; combined GFA of 93,180 sq m, including 2,009 sq m of retail space divided between the 2 towers. Properties are: 383 King Street East, 39 Berkeley Street, 250-260 Front Street, 68-70 Parliament Street. South Site (Front Street) - Scope includes 3 towers (22 storeys on the west; 50 and 58 storeys on the east) with a total of 1,296 units; combined GFA is 103,239 sq m in a mix of 95,418 sq m of residential + 3,422 sq m of commercial + 1,611 sq m of retail, and 2,788 sq m of institutional space). Properties are: 265-271 Front Street East, and 3-25 Berkeley Street. TIMELINE: Concept designs are ongoing. A pre-application only has been submitted to the city of Toronto and remains under review. Market Offering for a development partner is targeted October 2026 - March 2027. Further update at that time.
