Site work and new construction of a casino in Callander, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 37,000-square-foot, one-story above grade casino; and for site work for a casino.

Our Wasaga and North Bay facilities are matching builds, with exceptions of exterior works and minor variances only, whereby efficiencies may be attainable and mutually beneficial for Gateway Casinos, Construction Managers, Vendors and Subcontractors alike. Our Construction Managers Gillam Group Inc. (North Bay Site) and BLT Construction Services (Wasaga Beach Site) have identified your company as a potential opportunity to utilize your services in both North Bay and Wasaga Beach. As such, provisions have been included as part of this Appendix to express interest in submitting bids for both projects. In an effort to pre-qualify these considerations, please indicate intent to bid on either North Bay or Wasaga Beach or both. Intent to bid on both North Bay and Wasaga Beach shall include a statement from the Subcontractor or Vendor, that they have sufficient capacity and capability to successfully undertake both North Bay and Wasaga Beach Projects simultaneously. NOTE: As of November 2019, structural work is underway. Most sub trades are secured; awarded trades will not be released. Completion is targeted for July 2020.
