Construction of a signature tower (70 m) that will offer city panoramic view ($1,495,000) and a service building with washrooms and visitors centre - Le Parc du Mont-Bellevue ($295,000), as a part of Parcours project. Timeline: This is a part of the master plan prepared for Destination Sherbrooke. Design, tender and construction timelines have not been established yet. Further update in spring, 2026.
