The City of Louiseville requests the collaboration of all the bidders so that they ask their question as quickly as possible, and this, in order to avoid postponing the date of opening of bids and awarding of the contract. must be accompanied by a bid bond equal to a minimum of 10% of the value of the contract before taxes, valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of opening of bids. Any complaint concerning the tendering process must be filed by June 19, 2020 at the latest . The City of Louiseville does not undertake to accept either the lowest price or any of the tenders received. This notice does not confer any rights on anyone and does not create any obligation for the City.
