Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Ashburn, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,400-square-foot, one-story above grade, four-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility; and elderly care / assisted living facility.
The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct the Group Home which would consist of constructing 3,400 sf one (1)-story dwelling on a greenfield site, and includes four (4) bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living areas, administrative offices, and a garage. The project is located in a residential neighborhood at 20001 Smith Circle, Ashburn, Virginia (Parcel Identification Number 056-18-7511). This project is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
