Description

Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Providence, Rhode Island. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for the addition of a transportation facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Scope of Work below is for consulting services to modify as needed the approved 30% plan set, bring it to Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E), and provide construction phase services for three main components including: 1) interior renovations and expansion, 2) platform emergency egress and 3) pedestrian access improvements. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
