Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Gilbert, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
Design and construction of Power Road to full major arterial standards in accordance with the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) Regional Transportation Plan approved by voters as Proposition 400 in 2004. Improvements will include six lanes, raised median, bike lanes, landscaping, sidewalks, and street lighting. The work will be coordinated with other intersecting arterial projects. Also, includes 5,260 linear feet of a 16" ductile iron pipe (water) from Elliot Road to Warner Road and fiber conduit and cable from Elliot Road to San Tan Freeway. As of March 2, 2026, this project is included in the City of Gilbert FY 2026-2035 CIP. Information regarding design team and contractor selection has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
