Increase in the capacity of the wastewater treatment plant (Saint-Romuald sector): Phase 1 (0 to 5 years) $6,910,000 and Phase 2 (5 to 10 years) $3,865,000. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a civil engineering professional consultant to complete the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual design are underway. Expected timelines of the project further development: 50% of design for Phase 1 is expected to be completed by September, 2023. 90% of design for Phase 1 is expected to be completed by December, 2023. Working drawings for Phase 1 are to be completed by February, 2024. 50% of design for Phase 2 is expected to be completed by September, 2023. 90% of design for Phase 2 is expected to be completed by April, 2024. Working drawings for Phase 2 are to be completed by September, 2024. Tender for general contractor is scheduled for March, 2024. Construction timelines: from June, 2024, till March, 2025.
