Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Reserve Mines, Nova Scotia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 43,805-square-foot, 240-seat educational facility.
Construction of a new school facility for 240 students. The new school will replace the existing Tompkins Memorial Elementary School. TIMELINE: An RFSQ to pre-qualify design-build teams for design and construction closed at the owner in December, 2023. A total of eight (8) companies have been shortlisted/pre-qualified to participate in the future second stage RFP. Scope of work and timelines for design and construction will be confirmed once a design-build contractor has been selected (timelines unknown). *Budget is unreleased.
