A. Classroom addition to Cane Ridge High School. 1. Classroom addition in two wings totaling 35,120 SF in two stories. 2. Alternate to add additional classrooms bringing the total SF to 39,290 SF 3. Site work is limited to revisions required to accommodate addition totaling about 1.9 acres 4. Summer HVAC piping work underway to terminate geothermal loop in building. 5. Substantial Completion is required by June 30, 2023. 6. We anticipate notice to proceed by mid-October. 7. Construction activities will occur during school hours. Certain loud construction activities may not occur during testing windows in April and May. 8. The project is not seeking LEED certification. 9. Building Permit T2022013849 lacks fire marshal approval. 10. Stormwater Permit T2021074081 is currently under review.
