As of 4/28/2020 project was already awarded for $999,999.99 The Work under this contract includes installation of ultra-violet cured-in-place (CIPP) liners within existing sewer trunk mains beneath the following arterial streets: Hickory Street NE between Liberty Street NE and Commercial Street NE (36-inch concrete pipe) and Liberty Street NE between Norway Street NE and Hickory Street NE (24-inch to 36-inch concrete pipe). Work also includes the installation and maintenance of by-pass sewer piping and the rehabilitation of existing sewer manholes via cementitious coating. Liberty Street NE and Commercial Street NE are Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) routes and traffic control restrictions shall be in strict accordance with ODOT Permit requirements. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: No pre-Bid Conference is schedule for this project. BID SECURITY: Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. AWARD: The City of Salem ("City") reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for thirty (30) days.
