Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The owner states that this project substantial completion is August 1, 2025, with final completion on or before September 26, 2025. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of their project. Payment of Prevailing Wages IS required for this Project. The City of Dublin may choose to not award the bid and bidders shall hold bids open until sixty days after the bid opening. The work for which bids are invited consists of: Realignment of Eiterman Road including asphalt paving, pavers, concrete curbs, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, street lighting, electrical duct bank, landscape, and a storm water management basin. The cost estimate for the Project is $$7,750,000.00.
